Agreement
This purchase agreement is subject to the common principles of Danish law. The agreement is only binding once ACE has registered the payment.
Prices
All transactions are in DKK.
The object of the agreement
The page sells membership to the Association of Competition Economics that disseminates knowledge on competition economics.
Delivery
Once the transaction is confirmed, a receipt will be issued. At that point in time you are member of ACE for the current calendar year. Your receipt is proof of membership.
Payment
You can pay online with Visa Card, Mastercard, Diners, American Express or Maestro as well as Dankort. Any communication between you and ACE is encrypted. This means that no-one else can see your credit card information.
Your credit card information is sent directly to the PBS (Payments Business Services) and ACE does not retain the credit card information.

Regrets
A 14 day right of regret pertains to the transaction. If the purchase of the object of the agreement is regretted, the total amount of the purchase will be transferred back to the buyer's account.
Policy regarding personal information
In relation to the purchase you will need to provide personal information such as name and e-mail address etc. ACE will not pass this information on to third parties.
